Installation Instructions

Preparation tools: toothless saw, structural adhesive, FRP cement decorative plate, level meter, tape measure, repair agent, color paste

Paving process:

1: Check whether the product is damaged after arrival;

2: Cutting: Use a toothless saw/tile cutting saw to cut on the back side to avoid damaging the surface color, etc.;

3: Repair: First fill the gap with a repair agent, then brush the color paste

4: Construction: During construction, use a level gauge to measure the flatness of the wall, and use a tape measure to measure the installation position. A flat cement wall can be directly pasted with structural adhesive, and then fixed with air nails. For uneven walls, use wood panels as a base, and apply structural adhesive to the back of the product for pasting.

5: FRP material has a certain toughness and can be made into a 45° arc.

Construction precautions:

The interior wall cannot use gypsum board as the base layer, as the surface of the gypsum board has a paper surface, resulting in unstable bonding.A repair agent: one kilogram for every three cast boards, and one kilogram for every two other cast boards.
